<p><strong>当前市面流通的很多家用孵化设备在温控系统设计上仍采用双阈值启停控制模式,其工作原理是通过设置机械式或电子式的温度上下限阈值来实现温控。当检测到环境温度低于设定下限值时,加热装置全功率启动;当温度攀升至上限时,则直接切断加热电源。这种阶跃式控制方式存在显著的技术缺陷:由于电热转换的滞后效应,温度曲线呈现明显的锯齿状波动,实际温控精度往往偏离设定值±1-2℃。特别是在禽类胚胎发育的关键阶段,此类大幅温差波动易引发热应激反应,显著降低孵化成功率。</strong></p>

<p><strong>NTC是Negative Temperature Coefficient的缩写,中文意为“负温度系数热敏电阻”。它是一种特殊的半导体陶瓷元件,其电阻值随温度的升高而呈非线性的、显著的下降。</strong></p>
<p><strong>工作原理:其导电性能由内部微观电子(或空穴)的跃迁决定。温度越高,能跃迁的电子越多,电阻就越低。</strong></p>
<p><strong>高灵敏度:相较于铂电阻(Pt100)或热电偶,NTC的电阻变化率非常大,这意味着在很小的温度变化下就能产生很大的电阻变化,非常易于检测,灵敏度极高</strong></p>
