style="color:#95a5a6;">为了调整电流</span><span style="color:#95a5a6;">采样电阻的阻值,</span><span style="color:#95a5a6;">可以选焊电阻</span><span style="color:#95a5a6;">R*。这样做的目的是为了针对不同的电流测量范围。默认的10mΩ电阻R1比较适合大电流测量(最大可达6A),当需要对低功耗设备进行功耗测量时,可以选焊较高阻值的电阻R*,如100mΩ,可以提高小电流的测量精度。</span></p> <p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height:1.8;"><span style="color:#95a5a6;"><img 开关SW1用于切换功耗仪的供电,这么做是十分有必要的——它可以避免外接电源的额外电流消耗,并且也能避免外接电源的高电压烧毁功耗仪。当对5V供电的USB设备功耗进行测量时,功耗仪可以直接用TYPE-C口供电,并同时进行供电输出,无需连接VIN+和VIN-;当测量较高供电设备功耗时(电压>6V),需要通过VIN+与VIN-两个端口接入供电,并通过VOUT+与VOUT-进行输出,此时开关SW1需要切换为锂电池供电,以避免设备损坏。</span></p> <p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height:1.8;"><span style="color:#95a5a6;"><img 经测试,最高外接供电电压为30V,这主要是受电压分压采样电阻R10/R11的比例所限。如果你需要更高的电压测量范围的话,可以提高R10/R11的比值,相应的,程序中的电压换算值也需要相应进行修改。</span></p> <p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height:1.8;"><span style="color:#95a5a6;">5. 功耗仪右侧额外增加一个IIC接口,可以外接IIC接口的温度采样模块(AHT20),实现环境温度校准的功能,但是这个功能目前并未实现,因为选用的采样电阻基本都是低温漂电阻,并且目前的使用环境并没有恶劣到需要额外的环境温度校准。</span></p> <p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto style="color:#95a5a6;font-size:14px;">国民技术提供的USB电流表案例中的程序。虽然电路设计上有一些区别,包括供电部分、接口部分、采样电路,以及显示模块选用的是0.96寸OLED,但并不影响显示。程序只针对采样时误差比例进行了微调,可以明显改善较大测量范围的误差。需要说明的是,<span style="color:#95a5a6;">国民技术提供的软件设计里,也使用了内部晶振源,也就是说,无需外接晶振。</span></span></span></p> <p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt
