<p align="justify"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">逆变器主电路如图</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">所示,包括驱动电路和单相全桥逆变电路。</span></p>
<p align="justify"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">驱动选择</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">TI</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">公司的</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">UCC21520</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">隔离式双通道栅极驱动器作为驱动芯片。</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">CB1</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">为自举电容,下管导通时经二极管充电,下管关闭时自举,为上管提供足够的驱动电压。</span></p>
<p align="justify"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">控制器产生单极性倍频</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">SPWM</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">脉冲输入到</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">UCC21520</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">驱动芯片,</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">UCC21520</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">输出的</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">SPWM</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">驱动信号分别驱动逆变器的两个桥臂,经过</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">LC</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">滤波后将</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">48V</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">直流电压变换为有效值为</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">24V</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">的正弦交流电。</span></p>
<p align="justify"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">逆变电路的开关器件最大</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">VDS</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">应大于直流侧电压,为留有裕量,选用耐压为</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">85V</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">的</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">N</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">沟道</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">MOSFET</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">;开关器件并联的续流二极管反向耐压也应大于直流侧电压,选用耐压</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">100V</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">、低损耗的肖特基二极管</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">S</span>S<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">310</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: 宋体;">交流电流采样电路如图</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">所示,采用INA282</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">组成的交流电流采样电路,当REF1和REF2同时接地时,此时芯片输出脚电压Vout=I*R*50。当REF1于REF2任意一个引脚接地,一个引脚接VCC时,Vout=I*R*50+1/2*VCC。</span></p>
