<p><span style="font-family:仿宋"> <strong>本项目研究了光伏发电与城市应用等复杂环境下高精度直流电能计量技术,设计一款高精度智能直流电能计量装置。</strong></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 在精度提高方面,对直流电中存在的纹波、突变和噪声等干扰信号进行分析和处理,提出高精度计量软硬件单元,解决光伏直流电能计量不准的问题。</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 在服务城市、便利管理方面,基于物联网平台设计电监控管理系统实现智能监控功能,对直流供电系统进行智能化、远距离检测和管理。</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 本项目设计的高精度直流电能计量装置由计量模块、通讯模块、显示模块</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">、</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">单片机控制模块</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">和上位机部分</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">组成。其中,核心部分是计量模块,它是保证电能表计量准确性的关键;单片机控制模块实现系统中各个部件的协调控制、人机交互等重要功能。</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 在工作时,电压、电流经</span> <span style="font-family:仿宋">A/D 转换后,直接送至 CPU进行处理,CPU 根据需要从 EEPROM 和时钟 RTC 内存、取数据,并将处理过的数据按需要分别送至显示部分、</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">上位机</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">部分等数据输出单元。直流电表带有温度补偿电路芯片,在标称温度下,能保证时钟日误差小于</span> <span style="font-family:仿宋">0.5 s/d。在数据安全性方面,采用冗余设计,数据多重备份。</span></strong></p>

<h2><strong><span style="font-family:楷体">电路设计</span></strong></h2>
<p><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 直流电能计量装置整体基于</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">ESP32管理控制芯片,整个硬件系统以MCU为核心设计了外围电路以满足各项功能,MCU最高主频运行可达50MHz,包括128K片内ROM,16K片内RAM。计量装置的外围电路包括电流采样、电压采样、按键、通信、RTC电池和内卡存数等模块。 直流电流采样通过电能计量芯片输出4V的电压信号经过采样电路进入管理芯片,电压采样采用分压电阻的方式,按键模块软件上做了防抖处理,通信模块引入了隔离设计方案,RTC电池和内卡存数等都做了防静电处理设计,接下来分别阐述各模块电路的设计原理。</span></p>

<h3><strong><span style="font-family:仿宋">(</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">1)计量装置电源电路</span></strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 直流电能计量装置工作电源采用直流</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">15V电源供电系统,工作范围为10V-20V。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:仿宋"> </span><span style="font-family:仿宋">具体的15V电源供电电路原理图,15 V电源供电系统在输入变压器前端首先经过了自恢复保险丝以及肖特基二极管等器件处理,前者具有防过载,保护后端电路的作用,后者是为了防止电流反向输入损坏电路;然后分成两部分输入,其中一部分经过开关输入12V稳压模块,另一部分经过开关输入5V稳压模块,最后一部分经发光二极管输出到地。发光二极管的作用是表示电路的开关状态。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:仿宋"> </span><span style="font-family:仿宋">稳压电源模块电路原理图,12V(5V)稳压电源模块的电流在输入时经高低电容输入到LM2596S芯片中,电容的作用是平缓电压突变,并滤除高、低频噪声,保护电路。LM2596S芯片内部集成了频率补偿和固定频率发生器,开关频率为150KHz,与低频开关调节器相比较,它可以使用更小规格的滤波元件。由于该器件最少只需4个外接元件,可以使用通用的标准电感,这更优化了LM2596的使用,极大地简化了开</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:仿宋">关电源电路的设计。并且在输出端串联了自恢复保险丝与肖特基二极管,前者起到防过载,保护后端电路的作用;后者是为了防止电流反向输入损坏电路。</span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family:仿宋">具体的5V转3.3V稳压电源模块电路原理图,此电路提供了两种电流输入模式,一种是通过上述的变压模块直接供电,另一种是通过USB接口从外部供电,这极大拓宽了装置的使用场景,使装置具有极大的适应能力与可变性。输入电流通过电容的滤波后输入到BL1117-3.3降压芯片中,输出3.3V电压,供电路运行。</span></p>

<h3><strong><span style="font-family:仿宋">(</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">2) 直流测量采样电路</span> </strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 直流电能计量装置电流测量是采用高精度电能计量芯片的方案,其中电能计量芯片工作电压为</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">±15V,来自于计量装置的电源模块,输出电压采样信号为正负4V,误差不大于25mV。直流电流转换电路,其中 4V采样信号经过R</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">B1</span> <span style="font-family:仿宋">分压后输入计量芯片电流采样通道,由于</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">R</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">B2</span> <span style="font-family:仿宋">和</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">R</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">B5</span> <span style="font-family:仿宋">电阻较小,计量芯片</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">I1P+和I1N-之间的阻抗较大,所以输入计量芯片之间的采样信号实际等同于I1P+和I1N-的电压差,也即相当于参考电阻 R</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">B3</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">对地</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">GND 之间的电压差,因此R</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">B</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">3电阻的性能将直接影响采样测量的精度,R</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">B3</span> <span style="font-family:仿宋">也即称为采样电阻。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 直流电能计量装置的电流测试是经过电能计量芯片转换为</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">4V采样电压,然后经过采样电路输入计量装置的采样端。铁塔基站的输入电流分为三个规格,分别为50A、100A和200A,当各规格电流都额定输入时,流过不同规格霍尔电流传感器的采样电压值都为4V,该参数由电能计量芯片厂家确定。对于计量芯片采样信号部分与采样电路分压电阻有关, R</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">B3</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">为</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">1k,R</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">B1</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">为</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">10k,U</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">i</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">为</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">4V,则UO为364mV,考虑2倍的余量,输入信号在计量芯片的ADC最大采样范围1000mV以内。 对于电流采样电路,输入计量芯片的外部信号增加了阻容电路以起到滤波作用,对于噪声信号通过计量芯片内部的硬件电路处理,从而达到滤波与抗干扰的目的,在样机制作完毕后可以通过影响量试验进行验证。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 直流电能计量装置的电压采样,是将铁塔基站的直流</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">48V配电系统经过压敏电阻后,经分压电阻以及采样电阻后输入到电压采样通道。其中,分压电阻RA1和RA2为100k,采样电阻 R</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">T1</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">为</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">1k,Ui为48V,根据式计算得U为239mV,考虑1.9倍余量,输入信号在计量芯片ADC采样的最大允许范围1000mV以内。对于电压采样电路,输入计量芯片的外部信号首先经过了RV2压敏电阻,然后经过分压后经过阻容电路滤波,最后进入计量芯片,经过内部电路处理噪声信号从而达到计量准确的目的,其中压敏电阻的增加可以避免浪涌雷击干扰,在后续的样机测试中可以通过影响量试验进行验证。</span></p>

<h3><strong><span style="font-family:仿宋">(</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">3) RS485通信电路</span></strong> </h3>
<p><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 计量装置通信接口采用</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">RS485方式,RS485接口工作电源为5V,为半双工方式。RS485电路,其中 U3表示RS485芯片,通过引脚2以及3来控制RS485线路的接收和发送。输入的3.3V电压经过电容滤波去除电源中的高频杂波,以免电路态产生自激,能够稳定电路工作状态。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 在实际的工业应用中,由于雷击、电源波动、静电放电会产生较大的瞬变电压对</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">RS485收发器造成损害。为了防止对RS485芯片造成损坏,电路加装了多个TVS二极管。在RS485应用中,TVS是将总线上的电压钳位到RS-485收发器的共模电压范围(-7–12V)。一些TVS器件专门为RS-485Y应用设计。对于更高的电源瞬变,可在受保护器件与输入引脚之间增加电阻RS(10-20Ω)来加强保护。</span></p>

<h3><strong><span style="font-family:仿宋">(</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">4) 自动下载电路</span></strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-family:仿宋"> 由于,</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">ESP32有SPI启动模式(正常启动)与下载启动模式两种,要实现程序自动下载肯定是需要上电时自动进入下载启动模式,方法就是将GPIO0与GPIO2同时拉低,因GPIO2上电默认下拉(IO2可能会被用作SD卡或其它的作用,这样如果在有设备接入时,并且引脚呈现高电平,就会出现不能下载的现象),所以可以只考虑GPIO0,同时控制复位引脚(EN)就可以实现自动程序下载。</span></p>
