<p>本设计的硬件部分包括四个部分:程控放大电路、程控滤波电路、主控电路、电源电路。</p> <p>(1)程控放大电路的设计</p> <p>       本系统采用由<span>AD</span>公司生产的压控放大器<span>AD603</span>来实现增益可调节,<span>AD603</span>的增益可随外部参考电压线性变化,<span>AD603</span>有三种工作模式,其对应的增益控制范围分别为<span>-11.07dB ~ +31.07dB</span>、<span>-1dB ~ +41dB </span>、<span>+8.92dB ~ +51.07dB</span>,其中第一种模式带宽最宽。</p> <p>       本设计采用模式一即增益设置范围为<span>-11.07dB ~ +31.07dB </span>、带宽为<span>90MHz</span>、输入控制电压为<span>-0.5 ~ +0.5V</span>。增益和控制电压的关系为:<span>G=40Vg+10</span>。为了满足<span>0 ~ 40dB</span>的要求以及预留扩展更高的增益,故采用两级串联,增益范围可达到<span>-22.14dB ~ +62.14dB</span>。另外由于<span>AD603</span>输入阻抗只有<span>100Ω</span>,所以在输入端并联了<span>100Ω</span>的电阻使得模块的输入阻抗为<span>50Ω</span>,与信号发生器的内阻相匹配。其中电位器可微调输出波形的直流偏移量。原理图如图所示,其中带通滤波器的频带范围为<span>100Hz</span>~<span>40kHz,用来滤除干扰。</span></p> pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height: 1.8;"><span>        LTC1068</span>集成芯片内部原理框图如图所示,它由四个同样的时钟可调的二阶滤波器所组成,设计时采用串联形式,滤波器阶数可达到八阶,远远超过预期值。</p> <p 另外由于开关电容式滤波器需要外部时钟信号驱动,导致滤波器在输出时信号波形上叠加了和时钟信号同步的矩形波,从而使得整个波形呈现出锯齿状。为了改善这一缺点,本设计采用二阶低通滤波器去掉有用信号里面的时钟干扰信号,考虑到整个系统的带宽以及二阶滤波器本身没有很陡峭的截止频率,本设计将滤波器的截止频率设置为<span>100kHz</span>,如下图所示,其中R27默认不焊,R28短接,运放采用常见的OP27即可。</p> pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height: 1.8;">在时钟输入部分,由于DDS模块输出的方波频率范围有限,这里采用轨到轨输出芯片TLV3501构成比较器电路,可以将正弦波转换为方波,并且可以保证输出时钟信号的高电平为5V低电平接近0V。原理图如下:</p> <p class="paragraph  为了满足硬件部分的两个要求:电压控制增益以及需要提供2MHz以内的时钟信号;综合考虑采用主控STM32F103RCT6和AD9833DDS模块来实现,其中STM32F103RCT6内部集成有DAC就可以省去外接DAC转换器的麻烦;AD9833模块价格便宜,输出信号刚好达到要求。原理图和PCB仿真图如下:<img  由于本系统所采用的大多都是精密运放芯片,为了保证芯片的性能和减少电路的噪声干扰,必须采用低纹波的线性电源,这里使用的是常见的<span>LM78XX</span>和<span>LM79XX</span>系列,电路简单且性能良好。与开关电源不同的是,线性电源的功率不高,但其输出电压的纹波非常小,有利于给芯片提供更加干净的供电电压。</p> <p class="paragraph <p><span>(1)UI</span>界面模块包括:按键控制模块与显示模块。</p> <p>键盘模块实现的功能:在按键部分采用了<span>3</span>个独立按键,分别可以实现控制放大器的增益、控制时钟产生模块的时钟频率加减和选择高通、低通滤波器模式的功能。</p> <p>显示模块实现功能:当模拟按键按下后即可显示当前的放大器增益、滤波器的工作模式、滤波器的截止频率。</p> <p><span>(2)</span>程控放大模块实现的功能:通过<span>STM32</span>单片机内部<span>DAC</span>发出不同的直流电压控制压控放大器<span>AD603</span>的增益变化,实现<span>0 ~ 40dB</span>可调。</p> <p><span>(3)</span>程控滤波模块实现功能<span>: </span>通过<span>STM32</span>单片机给<span>AD9833</span>芯片串行输入频率码,通过改变读取<span>ROM</span>的地址数目,即可产生所需频率的信号。另外通过<span>STM32</span>单片机控制继电器的通断,以此控制不同的通道导通来实现设置不同的滤波器模式的功能。</p> <p>以下为软件流程图:</p> <p
