<p>不得不说博主在选料上有点外行,AMS1117和SPX1117选型关键点根本不是耐压,同封装LDO你就是上15V,看的也是耗散功率,而不是耐压。SPX1117的PSRR比AMS1117要好的多,而且前者还可以用陶瓷电容,后者得用钽电容或者大容量电解电容这种ESR稍高的电容器才能保证环路稳定。</p>
