class="horizontal-splitline normal-bold-2"><p><span style="font-size:16px;">DIY一个便携的小手电,锂电池,带OLED显示,方便显示亮度档位,剩余电量,剩余时间,不再电量焦虑。</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">设计了魔术扣的把手,可以方便的挂在背包带子上,或腰带上,方便照明,解放双手,<span style="text-decoration:line-through;">可谓是遛狗铲屎神器</span>。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">(1)MCU使用了国民科技的N32G430C8L7,价格便宜,功能强大。</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">(2)手电为5个档位:月光档,低亮,中亮,高亮,极限。每个档位可单独设置亮度。2022.9.20 增加了(暴闪-----信标-----SOS)档位。</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">(3)手电设计了电量计功能,显示电池充放电电流以及电池容量,并估算出剩余使用时间。</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">(4)画了外壳,首次尝试3D打印,在 三维猴 打印了树脂外壳,效果不错。</span></p> <p> </p> <h3 class="paragraph pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt pap-left-indent-1.6em" style="line-height:1.8;">         INA199的REF接在由TL432产生的1.25V基准电压, 充电时电流 VBAT->BAT+ 输出电压为1.25V+(0.02R/I)×50。</p> <p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt pap-left-indent-1.6em" style="line-height:1.8;">         放电时电流 BAT+->VBAT 输出电压为1.25V-(0.02R/I)×50,这样便可以检测双向电流。</p> <p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt pap-left-indent-1.6em" <p>大佬,已经成功了,非常漂亮,想提个建议:希望下个版本程序添加屏幕休眠的功能,比如在10秒中无按键动作休眠屏幕防止长时间显示同一个画面造成烧屏。充电的时候也是这样,因为这个灯插上电后就自动开机了也无法关机,希望能加入休眠屏幕的功能。还有个小建议是:希望调节亮度的按钮换成除了开关机的按键外另外两个其中一个,不然的话很多功能比如DEBUG界面,开关机等功能都是这一个按键完成,这个开关的寿命本来就不高,这样一来寿命就更加短了,还请大佬能采购一下建议,拜托了。等待大佬回复。感谢~</p>

<p>大佬。问个问题。我电池是1200毫安的,也在设置界面设置了电池容量为1200毫安,但是充满以后容量只有1000不到,我重新按加键和开机键复位后再设置电池容量为1200毫安,回到主界面就变成900毫安了,不管我怎么设置容量都是900毫安,就像是改了没保存一样,咋回事呀,请大佬讲解一下。</p>

<p>大佬,OLED屏幕距离LED灯珠是不是太近了,这样子屏幕长期处于灯珠散热的高温区域,时间长了会不会加速老化啊?建议屏幕和按键位置略微下移是不是会好一些?</p>

<p>应该影响不大,屏幕用双面胶抬高了大概3mm左右。正常300LM常亮,在四十几度左右。</p>
