<p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height:1.8;"><span style="color:#95a5a6;font-size:14px;font-family:impact, sans-serif;"> <span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> 该项目是基于STM32F407的纸张计数装置,基本功能就是能够测量出待测的纸张数。首先就是具有自校准补偿功能,通过放置已知数量的纸张进行校准补偿,该自校准主要是通过滤波算法及多项式拟合电容值分段曲线进行的,将校准补偿数据保存起来。其次就是测量功能,在测量装置中放置未知数量的纸张,通过测量按键可以测量出相应的纸张数。最后就是具备测量装置短路功能,通过蜂鸣器可以警示测量装置是否处于短路状态。通过该该装置能够迅速地测量出若干被测纸张数,能够大幅提高工作效率,能够应用于多种场合。</span></span></p>

<p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height:1.8;"> 该项目的主控为STM32F407单片机,使用的主要是核心板,对于该项目的主板,是通过嘉立创EDA进行设计,主要设计了几个按键和屏幕进行人机交互,其次就是电源部分,通过micro-USB母座进行整体的5V供电,然后通过RT9013芯片进行稳压,将输入的5V稳成3.3V,对单片机进行供电。最后就是留了排母,方便核心板的插接。在整个主板设计中,需要注意整体元器件的布局,其次就是稳压电路部分的器件布局与布线,需要紧凑一些。对于调试,拿到板子之后,首先进行电源部分的焊接,焊接完成之后,对板子进行上电测试,拿万用表测试是否有3.3V电压输出,如果有,说明电源部分电路正常,然后就接着进行后续按键、排母的焊接。最后将显示屏,STM32核心板,以及FDC2214传感器接到主板上,进行后续的软件调试。</p>

<p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height:1.8;"> 该项目主要是通过STM32CubeMX与Keil5配合使用进行开发的,该项目主要就是先把FDC2214传感器调通,之后就是一些算法,本次项目主要涉及到了多项式分段拟合算法和一阶低通滤波算法,通过提前的自校准将一些不同纸张数对应的电容值进行存储,之后进行具体的纸张测量。</p>
