<div class="document"> <h3 class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height: 1.8;">* 1、项目功能介绍</h3> <hr class="horizontal-splitline normal-bold-2"> <p><span style="font-family: 宋体;">在经济发展的今天,随着在工业现场中大量感性、容性、复合动力性设备投入电网中,导致电网三相不平衡、电能损耗、企业用电费用增加,并且传统的固定无功补偿控制装置已无法满足现代工业环境的需求了,因为它有许多的不足之处,如:</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">1.</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">功率因数测量精度不高;</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">2.</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">易出现某些相过补或分补;</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">3.</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">电容投入过快易出现振荡;</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">4.</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">电容异常时不能及时解除;</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">5.</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">不能远程控制电容投切等问题。结合上述情况,我们团队提出了以</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">CH32V307</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">为主控芯片和</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">IM3331</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">为三相计量模块,并结合温度传感器、触摸屏以及</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">WIFI</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">模块设计出一种新型无功补偿控制器。该控制器能够精确计算当前所在电网的无功功率及各相电压、电流值等电量参数</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">,</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">并且能根据当前所需补偿无功量的大小准确地输出控制电容的投切和控制投切速度,并结合</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">WIFI</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">模块将数据传到局域网,实现对数据的远程监控和对电容的远程投切控制,并且在发现电容温度异常时能快速切除,保证的线路的安全性。</span></p> <p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height: 1.8;"> </p> <h3 class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height: 1.8;">*2、项目属性</h3> <hr class="horizontal-splitline normal-bold-2"> <p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height: 1.8;"> </p> <p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height: 1.8;"> </p> <p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height: 1.8;"><span style="color: #95a5a6;
