<hr class="horizontal-splitline normal-bold-2"><p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height:1.8;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#95a5a6;"><span style="font-size:14px;"> <span style="color:#000000;"><strong>这 是一个蓝牙小音箱,采用M18蓝牙模块搭配 5W单声道数字音频功放IC( FM4158S)制作而成,电路比较简单。音箱内置3.7V,1300mAh锂电池,可以对通过MIRCO接口用数据线为其充电,一次充满可以连续音乐播放达10个小时,日常使用极其方便。整机设计了四个按键,音量加,减,暂停,开/ 关机,操控方便。所采用的FM4158S是一款带防失真功能,超低EMI,无需滤波器,5W高效率的单声道数字音频功放。独特的防失真功能可以通过检测输出信号的失真,动态调整系统增益,不仅有效防止过载输出对喇叭的损坏,同时带来舒适的听觉感受。实际制作完成后,通过前后几天的调试,基本达到了设计 的要求,实现了预定的功能 ,实际播放的效果还不错。</strong></span></span></span></span></p>

<p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt pap-left-indent-1.6em" style="line-height:1.8;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong> 在整个板子的焊接过程中,因为没有什么复杂的元件,所以一切都很顺利,很快就焊好了。电池充电也正常,只是充电指示灯的电源在设计原理图时接到了VCC端,所以在验证时发现指示灯不亮,经过检查发现是原理图设计错误,由于板子已打好,来不及改,所以实际上是飞了一根线到VIN端,才解决了这个充电指示的问题。电池升压5V 电路到很是顺利,只要按要求配好取样电阻,就一切OK。在验证静音控制电路时,发现又出现了问题,没法实现当初设计的功能 。原本是想利用M18模块在静音时输出低电平,加一个三极管反相后变成高电平,用这个高电平来控制FM4158S的工作模式。(FM1458S一脚电压在0.4VDD到VDD时,工作在普通模式;一脚电压在1.1V到0.4VDD时,工作在防失真模式;一脚电压在0.2V以下时,芯片关闭输出。)但是实际中发现这个电压才0.6V到0.7V 左右,FM4158S无法正常工作,没有声音输出。通过仔细分析电路,发现还是原理图设计有问题,原来是当前一个8050截止时,第二个8050三极管饱和导通,从面产生一个0.6V 的压降。经过分析计算,在前一个8050三极管的集电极和后一个8050三极管的基极之间加上一个1K 的电阻后,得到一个1.4左右的电压,刚好满足FM4158S工作在防失真模式的要求。实现了通过M18模块的静音控制信号同时控制运放芯片MCP6022I电源及功放芯片工作模式的目的。当然随着调试的进行,本次制作的最大难点也随着而来。当焊好蓝牙模块通电后,声音是有了,可是声音很小。参考了一些相似电路后,又将运放的反馈电阻进了更改,可是当声音是大了之后,发现喇叭出来的声音很破,很不好听,经过很久的反反复复的调试,又仔细研读了FM4158S的手册,怀疑是功放IC 的输入电容和输入电阻参数不匹配,通过不断的反复实验,最终是得到了一个比较满意的结果。至此,硬件调试结束。</strong></span></p>

<p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt pap-left-indent-1.6em" style="line-height:1.8;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong> 在本次蓝牙音箱的制作过程中,从开始的原理图的设计,再到PCB板的元器件布局,走线,到PCB的打样,元器件的采购,再到PCB板的焊接,到最终经过不断的调试,一路跌跌撞撞的走来,遇到了不少的困难,在群里朋友们的热心帮助下和自已不懈的努力下,最终是完成这次制作。这其中也是暴露了我许多方面的不足:如一是理论知识欠缺,导致原理图设计时困难重重,以致产生好几处错误 ,这也给后面的调试带来了不少困难;二是立创EDA软件用的不熟练,在走线时对于线宽要求没有概念,对不同的网络不知道该用多粗的线,明显的反映就是喇叭的输出线,没有做到功放输出到喇叭的走线,连线尽量短,尽量宽,而且输出布线,连线尽可能远离敏感信号线和电路的要求。所有这些都需要自已以后多加练习,逐步提高。</strong></span></p>
