style="color:#95a5a6;font-size:14px">复刻立创开发板-小智AI训练营项目,基于立创开源模板SF32LB52,利用蓝牙共享网络的方式进行小智AI联网,此项目只是在硬件设计上和下载烧录过程上遇到的问题的解决个人笔记。</span></p> <p style="line-height:1.8"><span style="color:#95a5a6;font-size:14px;--darkreader-inline-color:var(--darkreader-text-95a5a6, #918b81)">原理图和布局布线</span></strong></em></li> </ul> <p><span style="color:#95a5a6;font-size:14px">     原理图我用的是复用模块的方式进行设计,复用模块设计就类比与函数包装,用的时候只需要关注输入输出的引脚与其他模块的连接,不需要考虑内部的电气设计(比如电容,电阻),系统中的各个模块之间的关系,且像一些常用功能模块可以在其他工程中复用,有一定的迁移性(比如电源供电,USB, 按键),详情了解可看<a style="color:#95a5a6;font-size:14px">  布局的时候要注意实际的尺寸,多用立创EDA的3D 预览功能,如果你用的是插件的电解铝电容要注意大小不要高于TFT屏幕,TFT屏幕用的是插件的,加上插座的话,实际要高一些。</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:#95a5a6;font-size:14px">  可以导入DXF文件进行辅助设计,比如板框的尺寸,打孔的位置(常用的快捷键中心对齐,用的是京晓科技的设置,相关文件在附件),元器件的摆放位置。关于如何导入可以关注微信公众号京晓电路搜索相关文章。</span></p> <p><span style="color:#95a5a6;font-size:14px">  DXF文件在面板设计时,可以快速确定面板的相关尺寸,前提先设计好3D打印模型。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:#95a5a6;font-size:14px">布线时要注意差分走线的处理,差分对,电源线(线宽)的回流路径,铺铜后检查死铜(禁止区域)和电流回流路径(放置缝合孔)</span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><em><strong><span style="--darkreader-inline-color:var(--darkreader-text-857f74, #827b6f);color:#857f74">焊接组装</span></strong></em></li> </ul> <p style="line-height:1.8">SF32LB52模组的焊盘比较小,焊接时注意使用的焊锡丝的流动性(含铅的比列or助焊剂)和尺寸(0.6mm),我用的时刀头的烙铁,我第一次焊时歪了,拆的时候心急没有等到合适的温度,焊盘脱落了,想飞线,结果这个模组的线又细又密。只好再买一个,第二次焊的时候连锡了,导致上电后屏幕不亮。</p> <p style="line-height:1.8"><em><strong>遇到的问题:</strong></em></p> <p style="line-height:1.8">上电后LED 灯不亮(引脚没有接反,两个引脚电压为3.3v左右),屏幕闪烁两次不亮,烧录程序进去时,LED亮,屏幕也亮,程序不能运行,能烧录进去。这个问题我在两块板子上都有,第二块板子发现主控焊接时连锡。</p> <p style="line-height:1.8">解决完后,能显示小智AI 的页面,但LED灯不亮(两个引脚电压3.3v左右,测的模组对应的两个焊盘电压3.3v左右),能连蓝牙共享网络,但到了对话时,屏幕熄屏只有背光有时黑屏。</p> <p style="line-height:1.8">问题可能出现在电源回流路径上,载流能力差,在PCB上要优化电源的线宽和铺铜的缝合孔。电池的供电不稳定,实测电池电压不够时,不能烧录,程序运行不稳定。我按官方的推荐购买的电池,我感觉很容易没电。这里可以优化一下供电设计,后续再搞了。</p> <p style="line-height:1.8">LED 灯的问题,软件代码的问题,在官方训练营微信群了解,只有在烧录的时候亮,烧录完成后不亮。(这个代码设计的还是有点反人性呀,可能是觉得小智AI工作的时候,一直亮着个灯不优雅吧,但在组装的时候我还以为焊错了呢。有能力的朋友可一改改)</p> <p style="line-height:1.8"><img
