<p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height: 1.8;"> ①由单片机产生PWM,通过调整占空比输出,进而转化为DAC,使用单片机自带的PWM功能,选择2个独立输出通道,分别用于输出电压和电流的基准。由于PWM输出的位数(精度)和频率不可兼得,故设定PWM的位数为12位,即最大值为4095。通过示波器观察,此精度下,输入DAC平滑,适合作为基准使用。②采用单片机自带的ADC功能,用于采集实时电压值和电流值,并显示出来。单片机ADC位数为12位,通过硬件滤波后,再进行软件滤波(采集12组数据,通过冒泡排序,去掉4组最小值和4组最大值,取中间4组数值求平均),减小数值跳动。③由于采用基准设计(可校准),故输出的PWM和采集到的ADC值,都需要通过与基准数据进行插值计算,以保证绝对的输出精度。基准数据设定为8组,每个基准数据均可以自定义。④其他的一些计算,比如功率计算,输入电压获取等。</p>

<p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height: 1.8;"> 电烙铁部分主要有① PID加热算法,软件设定每个加热周期为200ms,单次加热最小时间2ms,这样可以加热的次数为100次,通过PID计算得到每个加热周期内需要加热的次数,类似PWM控制,以准确快速控温,在每个加热周期结束后,进行测温和下一个加热周期中加热数量的计算。② 实时温度采集,同样采用单片机自带ADC进行温度采集,由于电烙铁功能对绝对温度要求不是太高,目前温度采用模糊温度(近视算法),日后可以通过校准基准温度的方式来实现精准温度。③电烙铁其他逻辑,主要为电烙铁定义一个倒计时时钟,以实现自动休眠,自动关机等功能。</p>

<p class="paragraph text-align-type-left pap-line-1.3 pap-line-rule-auto pap-spacing-before-3pt pap-spacing-after-3pt" style="line-height: 1.8;"> 系统设置总共分3部分:① 仪器校准,通过外部仪器进行电压和电流校准,即确定一个基准点,通过调节DAC输出,使万用表显示的数值和基准点吻合,然后记录此时的DAC和ADC值,作为参考基准点,其余数值在基准点之间插值计算。②输入校准,主要用于已通过仪器进行校准过,并保留校准数据。因设备刷机或者其他原因导致的基准数据丢失情况下,恢复基准数据。③ 默认设置,主要设置一些个性化的设定,比如默认开机电压电流,默认开机烙铁温度,休眠温度,默认休眠时间,关机时间等设定,使设备更好的提供个性化服务。<br><img src="//image.lceda.cn/pullimage/uPJBTrXMNQMRN4nJ2OS58iVvpu7fW2eQrdMQTLSc.jpeg" alt="" width="546" height="431"></p>
